Boys Got Game Basketball Skill Development - Junior Program
This program is focused on boys who are interested in learning the game of basketball and developing their skills, while building confidence and developing learning skills. The emphasis will be on skill development and learning the team concepts of basketball in a fun, interactive environment. We use drills, fun activities and a game like play to teach skill development and the basic team concepts of the game. This is for BOYS ONLY and no experience is necessary. We are Ball in!
This program is facilitated by Jackie Zicaro, who was a Health and Physical Education teacher and coach at Dr. Denison S. S.. She is now a teacher and coach at Sir William Mulock. Jackie coaches with the YNBA, and is an Learning Facilitator for Canada Basketball's Coaching Certification Program.

This program is focused on boys who have some experience playing basketball such as house league experience, and are interested in further developing their skills, as well as understanding of basketball concepts. The emphasis will be on skill development and learning the team concepts of basketball in a positive, interactive environment. We use drills, fun activities and a game like play to develop skills, build on basketball team concepts and develop decision-making abilities that players will need at the next level. This is for BOYS ONLY. We are Ball in!

Jr YNBA - Ages 5-8
JR YNBA - AGES 5-8
JR YNBA - An introduction to basketball
Jr. YNBA is for ages 5-8, featuring basketball drills and modified games on a lowered rim that are age-appropriate, simple and fun. The curriculum has been developed with a child development, physical literacy, and basketball fundamentals in mind. Each session is 1 hour in length
Fees: $200.00 per session
- The program will include a t-shirt and a basketball for each player. If you already own a ball, $35 will be deducted from your cost.
